Below are just five of the many ways you can turn your book or knowledge into an ongoing recurring revenue product/service, instantly reach a huge audience, help an enormous amount of people and create passive income that comes to you each and every month with little or no ongoing work.

Model #1 – Online Membership Sites. People simply pay monthly for access to your content.  One way to do this is to take your book's content and divide it into different categories, then for each expand on the material you shared in the book. In addition to written articles, you might create audio or video files; you can have articles from other contributors; you can have a discussion forum and moderate a discussion; live chats; you can do all that really cool stuff. I have a lot of membership sites, all based on different topics mostly in the health and fitness arena. It is the kind of thing you set it up and it just makes you money practically forever.

Think about it, do you think there are just 50 people in the entire United States who would happily pay you just $19.97 per month to be part of an entire community created around the topic and expertise you reveal in your book?

Some final thoughts to consider…
